If your purchase arrives to you with damage please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include full details of the damage that has occurred and include photos. We will then either arrange for a replacement or, where this isn’t possible, give a full refund.
Please not that our finished products are made in batches and, as with any hand made product, there may be slight variations in colour and texture. Colours may also appear differently to how they have on the website due to variations in browser settings.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on items due to change of mind.
