Please add your items to the cart and then go to the checkout. There is a link to the cart at the bottom of the store page. Payment is not possible via the website.

By completing the online ordering process, you are requesting an obligation free quote. We individually calculate freight for you to give you the best possible value for money. Some items are also subject to availability. We will email you an invoice with the shipping cost and payment details and if you choose to proceed, your order will be shipped once payment has been received. For alternative freight options, such as pick up from our HQ at 113 Kings Rd - Federal NSW 2480, Australia, please email us.

Please note that our freight company will not leave goods at delivery addresses. If there is no one available to receive the goods at the time of delivery a card will be left with contact information for you to rearrange delivery at a suitable time. Delivery is only available within Australia. For delivery to other countries please contact us.

Damages

If your order arrives with noticeable damage please make a note on the delivery receipt and ask the driver to initial. Please notify us of the damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing casbahdesign@gmail.com. Include photos of the damage to your goods. We will either arrange for a replacement or, where this isn’t possible, give a full refund.

Returns

Please note that our finished products are made in batches and, as with any hand made product, there may be slight variations in colour and texture. Colours may also appear differently to how they have on the website due to variations in browser settings. We do not offer refunds or exchange on items due to change of mind.
